Im getting sober againI wake up everyday and my first thought is always the same. Who am I? It is as if I’m some sort of computer program that needs to download my personality from my brain. It’s no joke. The first thought I have every day is “who I am” in every sense of the words. I used to wake up and think, “I’m that guy that going to get wasted today.”

Though now, I’m not that guy anymore. When I wake up now a days I think, “I’m an addict but there’s still work to get done.” Sure I may not have been living the most exciting life, however the trade-off is that I no longer feel the urge to abuse substances. With that in mind below is a complied list of my top 10 personal tips to becoming/remaining sober.
